Traditional medicines that can potentially help energy imbalances
I went to see a Tibetan medicine doctor two days ago who also happened to be a Dzogchen practitioner, maybe a teacher. She diagnosed me as having a wind disorder after checking my pulse etc and found that I had a lot of rlung and asked me if I can sleep. I went there for something else though - recurring rashes.
Later she asked me if I can sleep well. After she told me about rlung i told her i got wind disorder due to meditation 3 years ago, blockage at brow chakra but resolved.. I said now I can sleep but there was a period i cannot. She said my wind disorder is back and also meditation should just practice relaxed simple awareness, should not strive for a state. And advised to go with ngondro and preliminary which will protect us.
Anyway I cant tell u how effective these meds are as I have only just started. But sharing in case anyone wants to try in future.
P.s. this afternoon after drinking tea (anything caffeine related seems to trigger something if my energy is disordered) I felt quite uncomfortable while driving on the road that I was wondering if I should stop somewhere. Not sure if energy related.

(Note: you should find a tibetan doctor to get diagnosed first, this is just sharing some reviews on a medicine I am taking):
A review from one of our customers in Switzerland:
I have been a customer of Siddhi Energetics and Future Alchemy for several years and I am very grateful for their products, which support me in daily life and on my spiritual path. If you practice seriously, you will at times experience strong energies which are not always easy to integrate, and can lead to energetic blockages in the the heart region (what Tibetans call heart wind or nying lung) and to pain and mood swings. As those who have had to work in the modern world after a retreat know, it can be a real challenge. I found Bimala and Semde to be extremely helpful in restoring an emotional balance and as a support in my practice, in addition to the other products of yours I use.
I also gave the traditional duo of Semde and Agar 35 to friends and coworkers who struggle with nervousness, irritability and sleeplessness (very prevalent symptoms in Switzerland where I live) with excellent results.
I can therefore highly recommend the products of these two sites and will remain a grateful customer in the future.

I went to see dermatologist years ago
They tell you got hundred possible cause of hives, cant tell unless u test each one of them
Prescribed me antihistamine.. total cost of consultation like $300 but the antihistamine i can get from guardian at $10
So subsequently i just get from guardian.. i will take it every few days nowadays because it kept recurring for a few months
It stopped 1-2 years ago and now came back again

The tibetan doctor said rashes and skin disorders are related to wind disorders
Although there can be dietary, stress, seasonal (like pollen) and other kind of allergies

Soh Wei Yu that’s very interesting . When you said recurrent hives I thought of this
“Chronic idiopathic urticaria”
Which
always come back and no one really know why so we just treat when
happen lol calamine lotion and antihistamines and some steroid . 300
dollar is robbery

It’d be very very interesting if this Tibetan doctor could cure this! All the best!!!

yea there is genetic link but not sure if they have worked it out which
genetic, even if they have there’s still no cure for now just
symptomatic treatment.
I hope the Tibetan med works for you, report back! Get well soon!

you for your recommendation. It's nice to hear different perspectives
on these as one is in a process of dissolving. I have found some
blockages again after i thought i had released many of them. It's
related to nervousness, a lot of wind i have …

That's the only Tibetan medicine doctor I know that exists in
Singapore. And more so when you mentioned the doctor is a female
Dzogchen practitioner. But again Tibetan medicine is inextricably tied
down to Tibetan Buddhism.
