Translation of The Awakening to Reality Practice Guide and AtR Guide - abridged version - PORTUGUESE -BR

<O GUIA PRÁTICO PARA O DESPERTAR DA REALIDADE>

Hello everybody!

In my Brazilian meditation school of yoga, meditation and technology we use several pragmatic and up-to-date sources in our studies and practices and finding this community was one of the most valuable gifts on my path.

I was very happy when Nafis Rahman released this more compact version of the original book and I immediately added it to the list of translations for our website. Today, I announce here, for the benefit of Brazilian and/or Portuguese-speaking practitioners, the translation of this fantastic guide.

I would like to thank my collaborator Matheus Ribeiro immensely for the translation, Nafis Rahman Rahman for the organization, Soh Wei Yu and John Tan for the inspirations, and Juliette Paul for accompanying me on my path. You all are awesome
